Magnetic Architecture

Magnetic Architecture

Description:

This project aimed to understand the applications of future technologies, interpreting their use with actual tendencies: a clear tendency to add more digital tools into our daily life.

How will people use technology to be digital nomads, but with digitized architectures? What can this flexibility of the space give us as a society? Why do some people need to always move around?

The buildings designed are empty structures where magnetic panels can attach to create different variations of the usage of cubic meters. This urban spot engages people who use it for commerce, sleep, pray or bring neatly separated waste to transform the materials into useful objects inside a dedicated public workshop.
