Alonso M. Beredjiklian, AKA Alonso Alekian, was born in Mexico City, where he studied Architecture and Urban Planning at the UIA Universidad Iberoamericana (2009-2015). Also he completed with honourable mention a Masters in Architecture specializing on Adaptive Reuse of Heritage Buildings at the UPC Universidad Politecnica de Catalunya (2018-2019) in Barcelona. In 2016, driven by his passion for designing and building compelling spatial experiences across diverse architectural typologies, he founded Alonso Alekian Architects.
His journey into the world of spatial design and building was organic, shaped by the challenges and opportunities that life presented him with, and inspired by a desire to create something truly remarkable.
He has been a closing speaker at UIA in CDMX for the Annual Architecture Week, regarding he's Research & Development on social concerns and its implications with society, corruption, urbanism and equal rights.
